(Cruachan Park, Rahoon, Galway) Feb. 26, 2014, John (Puna) (peacefully), at University Hospital Galway, surrounded by his loving family, predeceased by his sister Angela, beloved husband of Mary, loving father to Dryden, Simon and Alan, doting Papa John to Cillian, Nessan, Cathal, Daithi and Lauren; deeply regretted by his daughters-in-law Dalan and Amie and Alan's partner Lorraine; sadly missed by his brothers Eamon and Jack and his sisters Maura, Jane and Susan, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, extended family and friends. R.I.P. Reposing at his home at 51 Cruachan Park, Rahoon, this (Friday) afternoon from 5 o'c., followed by Prayers at 8.30 o'c. Removal tomorrow (Saturday) morning to St. Joseph's Church, Presentation Road to arrive for Mass at 11 o'c. Funeral afterwards to Rahoon Cemetery. House Private on Saturday morning. Family flowers only by request. Donations, if desired, to The Galway Hospice Foundation.
