("Revagh", 54 Upper Newcastle, Galway and formerly Abbeygate St., Galway) Jan. 7, 2014, Jack, (peacefully) at University Hospital, Galway, pre-deceased by his wife Florrie; sadly missed by his daughter Florence, sons John and James, daughters-in-law Marie and Maria, and his adoring grandchildren Geralyn, Jack and Teresa; deeply regretted by his sister Jean (McLoughlin), extended family, relatives, neighbours and friends. R.I.P. Reposing at his home this (Thursday) afternoon from 4 o'c. Removal at 7.30 o'c. to Galway Cathedral. Requiem Mass tomorrow (Friday) at 12 noon with Funeral afterwards to Rahoon Cemetery. Family flowers only by request. Donations if desired to Galway Simon Community.
