The death has occurred of:
Marie O'Tierney

(Clybaun House, Galway), predeceased by her sister, Mairéad and brothers Riocaird and Thomas (peacefully), in the loving care of Oranmore Nursing Home after a long illness borne with great dignity; deeply regretted and sadly missed by her sisters Gráinne and Emer and brother Rory, sisters-in-law Marian and Muriel, nephews, nieces, grandnieces, extended family, relatives, neighbours and friends. May her gentle soul rest in peace. Reposing in St. Anthony's Room within The Church of St. John the Apostle, Knocknacarra today (Friday) from 5 o'c. Removal at 6.30 o'c. to the Church. Requiem Mass tomorrow (Saturday) at 11 o'c. with Funeral afterwards to Rahoon Cemetery. Donations, if desired, to the Galway Hospice Foundation. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a h-anam dílis.
