The death has occurred of:
Patricia Anne (Pat) O’Connell (née Irvine)

(Errislannan, Clifden, Co. Galway and formerly Belfast and Monkstown, Co. Cork) (peacefully), at The Galway Clinic surrounded by her loving family, predeceased by her husband Barry, daughter Karen and brother Ken;
sadly missed by her children, Nicola, David, Peter, John and Antonia, her adoring grandchildren and great grandchildren; deeply regretted by her brother Gerry, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, relatives, neighbours and friends. R.I.P. Reposing in Christ Church, (Church of Ireland) Clifden on this coming Thursday afternoon from 4 o'c. until 6.30 o'c. Funeral service on Friday at 12 noon. Removal on Saturday to Mt. Jerome Crematorium, Harold’s Cross, Dublin for private cremation service at 2.30 o'c. Family flowers only by request. Donations if desired to The Irish Guide Dogs Association.
