Sadly missed by his loving wife Dorothy, children Shane, Roy, Rachel and Liz, grandchildren, great-grandchild, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. May Declan rest in peace. Reposing at his sons Roy's residence (Ballymountain House) on Thursday 16th March from 5 o'c. to 7 o'c.
