BUNCE (née Kavanagh) Esther (Essie) (Willow Park Crescent, Dublin 11) - November 30, 2022 (peacefully) in the care of the staff of The Mater Hospital, in the company of her loving family. Beloved wife of the late Richard (Dick) and cherished mother of Ann, Richard and Mags. Predeceased by her son-in-law John , sister Joan and brother Sonny. Sadly missed by her children, sisters Carmel and Olive, brothers Paddy and Paul, daughter-in-law Andrea, her adoring grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. A special mention to the wonderful staff and carers of Ardmore Nursing Home, Finglas Road, where she spent almost seven years. Reposing at the Kirwan Funeral Home, Ballygall today Friday from 5pm until 7pm. Funeral tomorrow (Saturday, Dec 3) in St. Canice’s Church, Finglas arriving for 10am Requiem Mass. Esther’s Mass can be viewed live at stcanicesfinglas.ie. Burial afterwards in Fingal Cemetery. If preferred, donations in lieu of flowers to The End-of-life Care Fund of The Mater Foundation.
