MURRAY, Joe (Tyrrellspass, Co. Westmeath / Rhode, Co. Offaly, formerly and proudly of Gurteen, Co. Sligo) - March 9, 2021 (peacefully), at home, in his 92nd year, after a full life, well lived, loving husband of Patsy for 65 years; deeply loved by his children Patricia (Ryan), Stephen, Paul, Terence and Kevin, son-in-law, daughter-in-law and partners, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, brothers and sisters, extended family and friends. Sadly predeceased by his grandson Eoin. His generous nature and larger than life spirit will be greatly missed by his adoring family, friends, neighbours and former ESB colleagues with whom he shared many fond memories. May Joe rest in peace. A private family Funeral Mass will take place tomorrow (Thursday, March 11, 2021) in St. Stephen's Church, Tyrrellspass at 1 o'c. Burial afterwards in the local cemetery.
