McKENNA, Mel John (Foxfield, Raheny, Dublin and formerly of Belturbet, Co. Cavan) - December 28, 2020 (peacefully), in the care of the staff of St. Francis Hospice, Raheny surrounded by his loving family; sadly missed by his wife Sheila, sons Liam and Noel, sisters Evelyn and Brenda, predeceased by sisters Maureen (Sr. Mary Francis), Monica and Frances and brothers Kevin, Cyril and Raphael; sadly missed by daughter-in-law Linda, grandchildren Natale, Laura, Jason and Megan, his nieces and nephews and his extended family and friends. Due to government Covid-19 advice regarding public gatherings, a private Funeral will take place at St. John the Evangelist, Greendale Road, Dublin 5 at 10 o'c. today (Thursday) but can be viewed at https://mcnmedia.tv/ camera/st-johns-church followed by private burial.
