HOEY, Michael (Sutton formerly of Killester and Irish Independent Newspapers 46 years) - July 7, 2021, (peacefully) in St. Francis Hospice, Raheny, in the warm embrace of his family, Michael, beloved husband of Judy and the late Betty Gaffney, he is the cherished dad of Carole, Eamonn, Thomas, Margaret and Deirdre; deeply regretted by his loving family, step sons, Daniel, Nick and James, daughters & sons-in-law Ruth, Maura, Dave, Milla, Grainne and Emma, (and the late Declan Morris), grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sisters Sr. Mary Theresa and Rita, brother Fr. Eamon, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He is predeceased by his brothers Joe and John and sister Eileen, R.I.P. At the wishes of the family and in keeping with government advice and HSE guidelines, a private Funeral Mass will take place tomorrow (Saturday) morning in the Church of the Resurrection, Bayside, followed by burial in St. Fintan’s, Cemetery in Sutton.
