MURPHY, Patrick J. (Paddy) (Taylor’s Hill, Galway and late of Murphy’s Bar, High St., Galway) - June 27, 2020 (unexpectedly but peacefully), at home in the presence of his loving family, beloved husband of Eileen and cherished father of Evelyn (Dublin), Brenda, Mary and Philip; sadly missed by his heartbroken family, his grandchildren Matthew, Emma, Kate, John, Colm, Benen and Paddy, great grandson Fionn, sons-in-law, his dear sister Mary, nieces, nephews, extended family, past and present staff of Murphy’s Bar and his many friends. A private Funeral Mass will take place in keeping with Government and HSE guidelines on public gatherings in St. Augustine’s Church, Middle Street, Galway tomorrow (Wednesday, July 1) at 1 o’c. followed by burial in The New Cemetery, Bohermore, Galway.
