DOWLING Cecil (Patrick) (Ballinteer and late of Loreto Row, Rathfarnham) - February 5, 2021 (peacefully) in the care of Leopardstown Park Hospital, beloved husband of the late Rose and much loved father of Rita, Chris, Alec, John and Martin; very sadly missed by his loving family, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great grandchildren, relatives, neighbours and friends.
