TIERNEY, (née Brierton) Esther (Essie) (St. Peter’s Road, Greenhills and formerly of Mercer House, Dublin) - February 28, 2022 (peacefully), after a short illness, illness, surrounded by her loving family in the kind care of the staff of Tallaght Hospital, beloved wife of the late Peter, cherished mam of Olive and the late Dominic, loving mother-in-law of Declan and June and much-loved nana of Catherine, Emma, Paul, Steven, Declan and Paul; Essie will be forever loved and very sadly missed by her loving daughter, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandchildren, great grandchildren Ben, Ellie, Sofia, Analuiza, Oisín, Isabelle, Peter and Jack, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends. May Essie rest in peace. Reposing at the Brian McElroy Funeral Home, Crumlin Village on Friday from 2 o'c. to 4 o'c. only, followed by removal to the Church of the Holy Spirit, Greenhills arriving at 5 o'c.
