McCAFFREY, Gerard (Gerry) (Clontarf, Dublin) - January 2, 2022, after a long illness borne with great dignity and courage in the wonderful care of the Mater Hospital and St. Francis Hospice, son of the late Michael and Sarah (neé Fitzpatrick); sadly missed by his brothers and sisters Vincent Noel, Margaret, Seamus, Mary, Therese and Pascal, nephews, nieces, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, aunts, cousins, extended family and friends. Reposing at Staffords Funeral Home, Maypark, Donnycarney this (Wednesday) afternoon from 1 o'c. to 3 o'c. for family and friends. Removal tomorrow (Thursday) morning to St Anthony’s Church, Clontarf arriving for Funeral Mass at 11.30 o'c. followed by burial in Dardistown Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu to the Mater Hospital Foundation and St. Francis Hospice. Due to ongoing advice regarding public gatherings we would please ask that all Covid guidelines be adhered to.
