Mayo, surrounded by her family, predeceased by her daughter Audrey, parents John and Annie Forde, brothers Raymond, Dermot, Kieran and Enda and nephew Éanne; deeply regretted by her loving husband Harold, daughter Gillian and son Brian, sisters Ethel, Agnes and Dympna, brothers Vincent, Cyril and Brendan, sons-in-law Pat and David, daughter-in-law Ciara, grandchildren Fionnuala, Matthias, James, Luke and Eve, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and many friends.
