KILLIAN, John (Late of Rathfarnham and formerly Newtowncashel, Longford) - July 3, 2023. (Ret. Garda Síochána, Founding member of An Garda Rowing Club (1954), and Co. Dublin Beekeepers Association) Predeceased by his brother Brendan, sister Carmel and sisters-in-law Bridgie and Cindy. (Peacefully), in the wonderful care of the staff of the Redwood Ward of Connolly Hospital Blanchardstown, surrounded by his family. Beloved husband of the late Teresa (O’Connell) and loving father of Ann, Claire (Killian-Jaursch) Gerry, Kate (Le Faou), Peter and Maggie (Doyle) . He will also be greatly missed by his sons-in-law Ralph, Jean Jacque and Keith, daughters-in-law Emma and Linda, grandchildren Adam, Aisling, Ben, Emma, Denis, Gaelle, Killian, Saoirse and Séan, his sister-in-law Eileen (O’Connell), brother Bert, brother-in-law Larry (Whelan), nieces and nephews in Cork, Kerry, Longford, London Ontario and England, extended family, neighbours and loyal friend Mary McLaughlin. Removal today, (Wednesday) to the Church of the Annunciation, Rathfarnham arriving for 11:30am Funeral Mass, followed by burial in Kilmashogue Cemetery.
