O’DONNELL, John (Clontarf, Dublin 3 and formerly of Kilcar, Co. Donegal) – February 26, 2022 (peacefully), in the care of the doctors, nurses and staff of Beaumont Hospital, beloved husband and best friend of Peggy, loving father of Johnny, Maria, Margaret and Paul (missing from home since 2018, but forever in his heart), adoring grandfather to Louise, Daniel and Carl, Sean, Stephanie, Paul and Noelle, he is pre-deceased by his brothers and sister Frank, Aodh, Paddy and May; he will be very sadly missed by his wife, children, grandchildren, his sons-in-law Karl (Scully) and Karl (Dowling), brother Micheál, sisters Kathleen and Anna, his extended family and many friends. Requiem will take place on Thursday morning (March 3, 2022) at 10 o’c. in Church of St. Vincent de Paul, Marino. Funeral thereafter to Glasnevin Cemetery. House private, at the request of the family.
