MURPHY (née Hughes), Josephine (Park Road, Monaghan Town / Castlebar, Mayo) - April 29, 2024 (peacefully), in her 94th year, surrounded by her loving family at Swinford District Hospital. Predeceased by her husband Tony, daughters Deirdre and Fiona and her son Neil. Sadly missed by her family Nola, Fergal, Áine, Orlagh and Emer, her sister Ivy, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Reposing at her home on Wednesday 1st and Thursday, 2nd May. Removal to St. Macartan's Cathedral, Monaghan on Friday, 3rd May, for Funeral Mass at 11 o'c with burial to follow in Castlebar, Co Mayo on Saturday, the 4th May at 2 o'c.
