LONG (née Gardiner), Louisa Jean (Cherry) of Tuogh, Adare, Co. Limerick, May 8th, 2024. Formerly of Churchtown, Co. Cork. Passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family in the excellent care of the staff at University Hospital Limerick. Deeply loved wife of her late husband Harry, her children Henry, Eileen & Mervyn, grandchildren Laura, Jenny, Ciara & Oliver, great-grandchildren Noah & Sophia, Son & daughter-in-law Peter & Natalie, along with Steven & Alan, her sister Anne, brother Albert, sisters-in-law Ruby, Blanche & Valetta, nieces & nephews, her wonderful carers and wide circle of friends. Funeral service at St. Nicholas Church Adare on Saturday (May 11th) at 1pm, followed by private cremation. “Safe in the Arms of Jesus” House strictly private.
