O’HARA (late of Clontarf) - April 5, 2021 (peacefully), at home surrounded by his loving family, Patrick Joseph (Pat); sadly missed by his loving wife Patricia, children Fran, AnneMarie, Patrice, Ali, Jim and Suzanne, their partners, 12 cherished grandchildren, in-laws, relations, friends and kind neighbours.
