FUREY (née Ryan), Peggy, (Green Road, Carlow),October 25, 2023 (peacefully), surrounded by her loving family, following a short illness bravely fought in the gentle care of the Oak Ward, South East Palliative Care, University Hospital, Waterford. Beloved wife of Seán (Castle Tavern) and much loved mother of Emma, Niamh, Danielle, Mark, Johnny and Sarah. Sadly missed by her loving husband, sons, daughters, brothers, sisters, adored grandchildren Molly and Laura, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and many friends. Predeceased by her parents William and Peggie Ryan, Kilabban RIP Reposing in R. Healy & Son Funeral Home Pollerton Castle, Carlow today (Friday) from 4pm concluding with prayers at 8pm. Funeral Mass tomorrow (Saturday) at 10am in the Cathedral of the Assumption. Burial afterwards in St. Mary’s Cemetery. Family flowers only, please.
