STROGEN, Peter, Dr. (Formerly of Blackrock, County Dublin and retired Researcher and Lecturer of Geology at University College Dublin) - November 12, 2023. Passed away (peacefully) aged 86 years, at Waikato Hospital, Hamilton, New Zealand. Dearly loved husband of Rita (nee Burke) and much loved father of Ruth (deceased), Rita (deceased) Rachel (deceased), Damien, and Dominic. Sadly missed by his loving wife, sons, daughter-in-law Louise and son-in-law Ian. A memorial service was held at St Francis Catholic Church in Thames, New Zealand on Friday 17th November followed by a private cremation service for the family. A life well lived.
