CODY, Richard (Dick) (Carrigcloney, Glenmore) - April 17, 2024 (peacefully), in his 92nd year, surrounded by his loving family and in the comfort of his own home. Deeply regretted by his loving wife Mary, devoted daughter Evette and son-in-law Cyril. He is predeceased by his son Donal, parents Bridget and Daniel, brothers Fr. Dan and Watt, sisters Peggy and Anna and grandniece Ruth. He will be sadly missed by his brothers Martin, Michéal, Fr. Tom, sister Breda and sister in law Noreen. Fondly remembered by his nieces and nephews, grand nieces and nephews and his many close neighbours and friends. May Dick Rest in Peace. Reposing in his daughter’s home in Carrigcloney, Glenmore (Y34 R710) today (Thursday) from 4 o'c. until 8 o'c. Requiem Mass at 3 o'c. tomorrow (Friday) in St. James’ Church, Glenmore with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
