PURCELL, Sean (late of Fairview, Dublin and Polerone, Mooncoin, Co. Kilkenny, and formerly Irish Times, Irish Press and RTÉ) – November 9, 2023 (peacefully) at the Mater Hospital. Beloved husband of the late Betty and devoted partner of Phyllis, Sean will be deeply regretted and very sadly missed by his loving family; John, Paul, April and Joshua, his daughters-in-law Áine, Coral and Michelle, his grandchildren Eoin, Katie, Sean and Jamie, great-grandchildren Charlotte and Mia, nephews, nieces, extended family, former colleagues and many friends. May he Rest in Peace. Reposing at the Kirwan Funeral Home, Fairview Strand tomorrow (Tuesday) afternoon from 3 o'c. Removal to Glasnevin Crematorium Chapel on Wednesday afternoon (15th November) for a Celebration of Life Service at 2.30 o'c. All welcome. Family flowers only, please.
